DüConnect Mobile Application Privacy Policy and User Agreement

1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy and User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rights and obligations of all users of the DüConnect mobile application (“Application”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement.

2. SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION
DüConnect is a platform that allows users to interact with each other through social media sharing, messaging, event planning, note sharing, and more.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Disclosure Statement. Every user who uses the application is deemed to have accepted the KVKK statement.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
Users cannot perform the following actions:
- Posts containing insults, profanity, harassment, or threats,
- Spam, misleading, false, or deceptive content,
- Inciting illegal activities or sharing illegal content,
- Posts that infringe on copyrights,
- Do not share other people's personal data without permission.
Violation of these rules may result in a user account being subject to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

5. MODERATION
Our moderator team monitors user activity within the application and ensures compliance with the rules. Moderator decisions are binding.

6. PAYMENT
- The initial version of the application is free.
- A premium membership option may be offered in the future.
- Premium membership fees will be announced via the app.

7. COOKIE POLICY
Cookies are used to improve your experience with the application. By continuing to use the application, users agree to the use of cookies. Cookie management is not the user's responsibility.

8. AGE LIMIT
This application is only available for users aged 17 and over. It is forbidden for individuals under the age of 17 to use the application.

9. ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION
- Users can delete their account at any time.
- However, due to legal obligations and potential disputes, account data may be stored in our systems for a certain period of time from the date of the deletion request.
- DüConnect reserves the right to close, suspend, or permanently ban accounts of users who violate the rules.

10. DISCLAIMER
- Users are responsible for the content they share.
- DüConnect cannot be held responsible for content created by users that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of third parties.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Düzce shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this Application.
